Every act of care builds a bridge.
NurtureWise is rooted in compassionate conscious coaching.
Individual Coaching
I offer personalized coaching to help you unlock your full potential. We will work on your self-awareness, mindset, and emotional intelligence to help you overcome limiting beliefs and achieve your goals. This work isn’t about fixing you. It’s about helping you come back into alignment with yourself.
Couples Coaching
Relational Couples Coaching offers a supportive space to slow down, communicate more openly, and better understand the patterns shaping your relationship. Together, we explore what is getting in the way of connection and develop healthier ways of listening, responding, repairing, and moving forward. A couples coaching session is an investment in greater clarity, healing and connection, wherever your relationship currently stands. If therapeutic support is required, Paula will clarify, support, and refer as needed.
Parent Coaching
At NurtureWise, parent coaching offers a space to step out of overwhelm and into clarity. Together, we look beneath behaviors to understand what’s really happening in your child and in you. From there, we build practical, grounded ways of responding that support connection, respect, and long-term growth. This work isn’t about control, perfection, or performance. It’s about developing the capacity to pause, understand, and respond with intention.
Executive Coaching
Executive coaching at NurtureWise focuses on the human dynamics that shape performance. Behind missed deadlines, tension, and misalignment are often patterns of communication, regulation, and relational strain that don’t get addressed—but drive everything. This work isn’t about adding more frameworks.
It’s about strengthening the internal capacity that makes leadership effective. This is a space to step out of constant output and into clearer, more grounded leadership. Strong leadership isn’t about control. It’s about creating the conditions where people—and performance—can actually thrive.
For those working through past trauma, emotional triggers, behavioral blocks, or actively seeking out licensed therapy, I practice Marriage and Family Therapy, with a limited-permit in New York. I work under the supervision of Dr. Rachel Heater, LMFT-D.
I work therapeutically with individuals, in the traditional one-on-one structure of personal therapy. I also work with couples, families, parent and child, siblings, and all configurations of groups seeking relational support.
I encourage individuals who might be feeling stuck in individual therapy to invite their loved ones to attend a session or two, helping them prepare for such an intimate encounter beforehand.
I provide professional support to assess which modality of support will meet your needs and address the presenting issue you share. We can flexibly reassess in our work together. Every effort is made to ensure your ethical care is at the heart of the services provided.
